Inside Sales Account Representative - Comfort-Air Engineering, Inc and Primo Plumbing, Inc

About the Job
To support Service Sales through pricing and locating required parts (non-inventory parts), compressors, coils, etc. for residential and commercial HVAC customers that are not under a maintenance contract. He/she is to provide a direct line of communication with our service techs and customers in a manner that leaves a favorable impression of Freund Enterprises.
8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, + some weeknights and weekends if necessary.
Daily Duties:
- Handle large volume of calls/leads through our quote system
- Compose proposals to both commercial and residential customers
- Provide customers with a timely proposal (contact within 4 hours)
- Schedule work through dispatchers and customers
- Maintain accounts receivable for jobs sold
- Ensure parts availability and arrange pick up on sold jobs
- Tracking and follow up on assigned sales leads
- Maintain and update quote que on a daily basis
- Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Be a team player
- Other duties/tasks/projects as assigned
Requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2+ years of customer service/sales experience
- Knowledge of HVAC industry is a plus
- Ability to handle large volumes of calls and follow-ups
- Energetic with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
