Push Pedal Pull is a recognized leader in the specialty fitness industry with over thirty years of experience in the sales and service/repair of premium fitness equipment for both residential and commercial settings. We have 18 retail fitness equipment stores and 20+ commercial sales reps serving thousands of residential and commercial fitness customers throughout the Midwest and Rocky Mountains.
We are currently seeking an individual for an entry-level hybrid Inside Commercial Support position and Marketing Assistant position.
Assist Inside Commercial Support
- Generate leads using existing resources such as (Construction data reports, social media resources, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, CRM, etc)
- Make sure that CSR’s are following up with leads and communicating with prospects
- Track our Key Account opportunities by utilizing our CRM and holding one-on-one conferences with our outside reps
- Create Lists of all properties managed from each found potential account. Also, Inventory at each property
- Gather contact information for the primary and secondary decision makers (phone and email)
- Helping with 2D & 3D designs
- Helping with presentation material with our outside sales reps
Assist in Marketing
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market
Additional Key Responsibilities:
- Promote P3’s Brand
- Create positive first impressions and interest with our company by presenting information to key decision makers
- Enter prospects information into our current database to ensure the information is current,
- Accurate, and Relevant
- Locate businesses that are growing, expanding, relocating or have multi-locations
- Creatively find new solutions for the customer and identify continuous improvements
- Lead Monthly reviews detailing progress of leads as well as future initiatives
- Develop Scorecard to regularly review with the, Inside Sales Manager, Vice President and outside sales reps
- Effectively utilize data and problem-solving skills to proactively resolve internal team and customer issues
Requirements to perform this position:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales, retail sales, call center or customer service experience preferred, or equivalent education.
- Must be proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Creative mind with the ability to multi-task
- Strong interest in business development and technology with a desire to learn and self-develop
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with great attention to detail
- Self-motivated, with ability to work individually and in a team environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; simplifying complex information into client -friendly language
- Last but not least, has a passion for the fitness industry
