The successful candidate will be a key player in our organization, responsible for estimating, managing orders, providing after-sales support, and handling corrective actions. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in engineering, manufacturing, and sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide accurate estimates and quotes for engineering projects.
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide after-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to understand product specifications and capabilities.
- Utilize MS Office suite to track orders, generate reports, and maintain customer records.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address any product or service issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Manager Orders, After Sales Support, Estimating, and Order Management.
- Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Proven track record in sales support and account management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement corrective actions as needed.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
