Ashley Addiction Treatment is seeking a compassionate and experienced Counselor or Therapist for our residential location in Havre de Grace, MD. This role provides comprehensive mental health and substance use counseling for individuals and families. In this role, you will conduct clinical assessments, facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, and provide crisis intervention as needed. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and maintaining clinical records. The Therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and update personalized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and maintain detailed clinical records.
Key responsibilities include facilitating therapy sessions, performing case management, and engaging patients and their families in treatment. The Therapist will encourage the involvement of family and social supports in the treatment process and develop continuing care plans to support long-term recovery. The role may require evening or weekend availability.

Therapist (LMSW, LGPC, LGADC) $62,000-$75,000
Senior Counselor (CSC-AD, CAC-AD) $60,000-$72,000
Counselor (ADT) $55,500-$62,000
In addition to your salary, Ashley Addiction Treatment offers a highly competitive healthcare package (including medical, dental and vision subject to eligibility requirements), a Health Reimbursement Account with $2,500-$5,000 employer sponsored contribution, a 401(k) retirement plan with a generous 6% employer match for all staff that work more than 1000 hours per calendar year, and paid time off for eligible full-time staff.
