Injection Molding Maintenance Manager - Management Recruiters of Tallahassee

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations at our West Chicago, IL facility. This role requires a strong background in injection molding and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal production efficiency, minimize downtime, and maintain high quality standards.

• Oversee and manage the maintenance of injection molding machines and equipment.
• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance program.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.

• At least 5 years of experience in injection molding maintenance, with 2+ years in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding equipment and troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a maintenance team.
• Candidates without injection or blow molding experience will not be considered.

• Experience with robotic automation and Lean Manufacturing principles.
