Injection Mold Process Engineer at Talento Search Group

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Process Engineer in the Thomaston, Georgia area.  This is a direct-hire position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Improve processes by analyzing efficiencies, workflow, and layout
• Drive process optimization and resolve process and equipment issues
• Validation of new products
• Prepare proposals for new equipment acquisitions
• Oversee the implementation and verification of new equipment
• Maintain, calibrate, clean, and monitor  injection mold machines
• Set up and run new products with production team

Experience Needed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is strongly preferred
• At least 3 years of process engineering experience
• Experience with measuring tools, gauges, and cutting tools
• Manufacturing analysis tools including statistical process control, design of experiments, process capability studies, or lean manufacturing
