The Infusion Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development of Infusion Services within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales and a deep understanding of the regional market, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
Key Responsibilities: Palm Beach / Martin County Territory
Sales and Business Development:
Achieve and exceed sales targets for IV referrals in the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve business goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant stakeholders.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote Infusion services and educate customers on the company offering and value proposition.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Analyze sales data and market feedback to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, hospice / palliative care or home health.
Strong understanding of the pharmacy market, including key referral sources from provider groups (Oncology, Neurology, Nephrology, Dermatology, Infectious Disease and Hospitals).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
