Job Details
- Full project life cycle ownership: Develop and manage all aspects of project from estimating, planning, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating to project leaders.
- Gather data and analyze business and user needs. Analyze business problems and work with IT Team to determine solution.
- Partner with business units to fully document business requirements for project deliverables.
- Identify and resolve project issues.
- Define objectives and scope of business system.
- Workclosely with resource managers and end users to manage project resources.
- Ability to effectively managing multiple projects.
- Ability to resolve conflicting high-priority requirements.
- Ability to communicate the needs of others effectively.
Experience
- 5+ years of project management and business analyst experience, including tracking and planning projects.
- Experience manageing large complex infrastructure/network projects (wireless upgrades/refreshes, network refreshes, switch and network upgrades, controls, and security).
- Experience establishing business justification, project budget, track spend and communicate project spend rates.
- Experience working in a matrixed operating model and managing multiple stakeholders in IT and business.
- Strong communicatorand collaborator. Demonstrated ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the products, systems, and processes within own functional area
- Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
- Excellent organization, time-management, and leadership skills
- Proven experience of successfully leading projects through the project lifecycle with strong business partnership
- Experience MS Office 365
Preferred (not required):
- Experience with implementing cloud based solutions and
- Associate degrees with several years of project management experience
- PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus
