JOB SUMMARY
Vaco Technology is currently seeking an Infrastructure PM for a 6M C2H opportunity that is located in Fort Worth, TX 76102 (T / W / Th onsite work). The Infrastructure PM will oversee and manage enterprise-level infrastructure projects. The Infrastructure PM must have hands-on experience managing the Network Platform and Service Desk operations. The Infrastructure PM must possess a deep understanding of infrastructure terminology and requirements, ensuring the success of infrastructure projects. The Infrastructure PM must demonstrate strong leadership skills, fortitude, and a collaborative personality to drive projects forward effectively without disrupting existing operations. The Infrastructure PM must have a proactive mindset, combined with humility and the ability to navigate diverse business lines, is essential for success in this role. The Infrastructure PM will lead complex technology projects across multiple domain areas.
- Organize / Lead Project Teams in Hybrid SCRUM / Waterfall Environment – Facilitate Daily Stand-Ups / Organize / Resolve Issues / Removing Roadblocks / Deliver Projects On Time / On Budget with High Quality
- Business / Technical Acumen – Communicate Effectively with All Levels of the Team
- Establish Project Scope / Objectives / Priorities – Business Requirements / Stories / Epics / Use Case / Test Plans
- Compile / Report Metrics to Measure Project Progress / Generate Positive Outcomes
- Manage Project Risks / Issues – Perform Delivery Planning for Assigned Projects
- Assist in Defining / Championing Ongoing Process Improvement Initiatives Supporting Project Management Best Practices – SCRUM Framework / Waterfall Best Practices
- Lead System Selection Initiatives – Development of Vendor Requests for Information (RFIs) / Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- Engage / Energize / Mentor / Lead Assigned Projects / Product Teams
- Ability to Solve Complex Problems / Manage Ambiguity / Adapt to Unexpected Changes

- Large Scale Project Management – ERP / WMS / BI / Analytics Platforms, etc.
- Plan / Schedule / Organize / Coordinate / Manage / Evaluate / Adjustments – Resources / Work Efforts / Cost
- Windows Servers / Operating Systems – Office365 / Active Directory / Azure AD, etc.
- Cloud Platform – AWS (Amazon WebServices) / Azure / Quali
- Networking – Cisco Routers / Switches / Meraki / Brocade / Motorola AirDefense / Wireless Networks
- SAP S4 HANA Integration / Migration – ERP Integration to SAP S4 HANA
- Project Management Tools – JIRA (required) / Confluence, etc.
