Role Overview: As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee a team of 15 IT professionals, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT infrastructure. Your strong expertise in managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure will be essential as you lead efforts to research, evaluate, and implement new technologies. Experience in managed services will be beneficial as you streamline our operations and enhance service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 15 IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Manage and optimize our Microsoft Azure infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance our IT infrastructure and support business goals.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of servers, networks, and cloud-based solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security and data protection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure needs and challenges.
• Manage vendor relationships and service agreements to ensure effective delivery of managed services.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements as needed.
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong expertise in managing Microsoft Azure infrastructures.
• Experience with managed services and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing infrastructure challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL) are a plus.
• Proven ability to research and implement new technologies to drive business success.
