Pay Rate Range: Between $60,000 - $75,000 per year depending on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team in Oklahoma City. This hybrid role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage solutions.
- Administer and support virtualization platforms such as VMware and cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure.
- Implement, configure, and monitor security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
- Perform system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and system availability.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and align infrastructure with business goals.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance performance and security.
Technical Skills:
- Linux Administration: Hands-on experience managing Linux servers and ensuring optimal performance.
- PowerShell Scripting: Proficiency in automating tasks and managing systems using PowerShell.
- O365 Admin Portal: Expertise in managing Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, security, and compliance features.
- Ansible: Familiarity with Ansible for automation and configuration management in hybrid environments.
- Proficiency in administering Windows Server environments and managing Dell Servers.
- Expertise in virtualization platforms such as VMware.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration or a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional, or CompTIA Network+.
- Experience with ITIL processes and change management.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident response procedures.
