Information Technology Trainer Associate
Location: UCHealth UCHlth 2450 Peoria Admin Services, US:CO:Aurora
Department: UCHlth IT Training
FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $24.68 - $37.03 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Travel among all UCHealth sites will be required so you must reside in Colorado. Regional travel will be required.
Summary:
Provides training for assigned IT system(s).
Responsibilities:
+ Delivers basic lesson plans and curriculum utilizing more advanced knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of methods as individual training and group instruction as assigned by the Information Technology Trainer.
+ Assists in the evaluation of training through class evaluations to measure the success of course objectives and/or program effectiveness.
+ Documents basic issues and workflow changes during training sessions and reports information as appropriate.
+ Provides application support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues and reports issues to the Information Technology Trainer.
+ Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
+ Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED.
+ Required Licensure/Certification: None Required.
+ Minimum Experience: 2 years of training experience, preferably in a healthcare related field with 6 months or more of Epic experience.
