Information Technology Service Delivery Manager - TekPro

Must Haves:

• Experience managing a team of Field Service Technicians for installations/repairs for customers – on Epson, HP, and Canon wide format printers, scanners, laptops, etc.
• Ability to manage and schedule/coordinate travel, technical assistance, leadership, and development.
• Training end users on equipment purchased from IT Supplies
• Answering technical questions about the products we sell
• Possessing technical expertise on color management, RIP software and print production workflow
