We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and manage local and global projects, including a multi-year ERP transformation. The IT Program Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and executing projects to achieve deliverables and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT projects/programs of large size, global reach, and critical importance, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Align project goals and objectives with the company’s overall strategy by working with various stakeholders across the global organization.
• Communicate regularly and effectively across the organization, including up to the executive level.
• Manage external partners and suppliers to ensure alignment with the organization’s interests.
• Support Organizational Change Management activities critical to program success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5+ years of program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a specific functional area (IT, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) Business Administration or international equivalent preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required, or plan to achieve within 1 year.
• Certified Change Practitioner, or equivalent, certification required, or plan to achieve within 1 year.
