Job Description Summary
The “Information Technology Manager – MDM and System Processes” will be responsible for defining, implementing, and supporting enterprise data management strategies and processes to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across the Aero Alliance Joint Venture (AA). This role will involve developing and maintaining Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, managing data governance frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align MDM initiatives with organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Data Integration and Workflows (ETL/ELT pipelines), Oracle EBS functionality, and emerging data management technologies.
Job Description
Essential Functions:
+ Define and execute enterprise-wide data management strategies, aligning MDM initiatives with AA objectives and fostering stakeholder collaboration.
+ Lead the implementation and support of the AA MDM processes and systems, leveraging existing and emerging technologies in alignment with AA’s system architecture and strategy.
+ Design, develop, and maintain MDM solutions to manage master data domains, ensuring accurate, reliable data while enabling real-time synchronization and seamless system integration.
+ Establish, enforce, and oversee data governance frameworks and policies, including data quality standards, compliance protocols, and lifecycle management processes, to ensure consistency, accuracy, and robust data management across the AA.
+ Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from diverse sources into centralized repositories, enabling seamless and efficient data processing.
+ Develop and implement tools and workflows to track master data quality, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy, goals, and standards.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions to enhance MDM processes and Oracle solutions in Supply Chain Mgmt., specifically related to OM/OF processes.
+ Support cross-functional teams during solution development and deployment, ensuring alignment with company goals and providing guidance on MDM and Oracle best practices for optimal system performance.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in data management or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience with MDM tools and platforms, such as Oracle MDM, Boomi, Informatica, or Talend.
+ Proficiency with Oracle EBS functionality, specifically in Supply Chain Mgmt., Financial Management, and Project Accounting modules.
+ Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
Desired Characteristics
+ Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development
+ Hands-on experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
+ Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions and integration strategies.
+ Familiarity with emerging data technologies and trends.
+ APICS or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
+ Knowledge of Oracle ERP integration capabilities.
+ Experience with web service integration and security architecture (roles, privileges, hierarchy, etc.).
