Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Clayton office: 954 NC-42 E, Clayton, NC 27527
Hybrid work schedule; go into Clayton office 3x days in office, 2 days remote.
Type: Contract for 12 months (willing to extend)
Pay Rate: $30 to 32/hr.
Summary:
Summary:
Assist with project management, Supports the IT function with project management, administration in areas like Application Strategy, Portfolio / Program Management, Capacity planning, Project management and software onboarding governance.
Not PM but This is a staff position that requires an experienced Project Administrator who can support the business and team delivery. Experience in IT and the various PM tools & processes. Ability to facilitate small/medium projects, lead sessions, develop / maintain project plans.
The incumbent will drive things forward, resolve issues by working with the team and wider business.
Education & Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years exp
• Associate’s degree with 6-8 years exp
• Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years exp
Qualification:
• Create / maintain IT project portfolio.
• Create / maintain IT capacity plan.
• Assist in maintaining external team project demand requests.
• Manage software onboarding processes for the team.
• Project manage specific small / medium sized projects.
• Participate / Lead the teams process improvement projects.
• Word, Excel, PPT experience
• Excellent Oral and written comm skills.
• Would be a plus if worked in Azure environment.
• SNOW demand management is a plus.
