OTA is seeking experienced Information Systems Security Managers (ISSM) to oversee the cybersecurity operations and compliance of networks. The ISSMs will manage risk, ensure security policies are implemented, perform compliance audits, and oversee RMF processes. These roles require expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies equivalent to the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certifications. The ideal candidates will provide leadership and direction in maintaining a secure operational environment through proactive risk management, training, and oversight of security protocols.

Responsibilities
- Apply cybersecurity principles and methodologies equivalent to CISSP or similar certifications
- Direct and manage records management for all account forms
- Maintain appointment letters for key personnel
- Oversee wireless scans across the facility to ensure no rogue devices are present
- Manage and update the Management Internal Control Toolkit (MICT) for assigned programs, including Privileged User, COMPUSEC (17-1301), and RMF (17-101)
- Direct and conduct network audits across all 39 IOS networks, review vulnerability scans, and respond to any vulnerabilities identified
- Ensure administrator accounts are validated, audited, and discrepancies are resolved promptly
- Perform and oversee COMPUSEC and INFOSEC duties to ensure adherence to security protocols and best practices
- Manage the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process for all networks, including: System categorization, control selection, and implementation
- Monitor system controls, assessing effectiveness, and updating accreditation packages
- Responding to data calls, Security Impact Analysis (SIA) requests, and coordinating accreditation requirements for tenant systems
- Lead incident response efforts and oversee security incident reporting and documentation
- Verify that all personnel meet 8570/8140 certification requirements, and monitor the status of administrator certifications
- Ensure all students complete Cybersecurity Awareness training and maintain records of completion
- Review and enforce the Security Concept of Operations (SECONOPS) and contingency policies
- Monitor compliance with media control policies, ensuring proper handling and sanitization of removable media
- Oversee and manage network access tokens for all users, maintaining accountability through audit logs
- Conduct audits and inventory of student user tokens
- Coordinate with the Security team to perform random bag and walkthrough inspections
- Manage the Cybersecurity Liaison Program under the direction of the Wing Cybersecurity Office
- Respond to all MAJCOM TASKORDS/taskers related to network vulnerabilities and data calls
- Oversee the review and approval of equipment purchase requests, ensuring items meet compliance standards for facility entry
- Ensure enforcement of cybersecurity markings, including classification stickers, bomb threat aids, and security cards across all systems and workstations
- Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Associate Degree (STEM field) or approved equivalent experience
- IAT/M Level III
- Minimum of 2 years of risk management framework experience within the last 5 years
