Information Systems Administrator - Office 365 - Spherion

Spherion Gainesville, FL has a client looking for an Information Systems Administrator for Office 365 and SharePoint. If you have experience working in Information Technology, using Office 365 and SharePoint Online, this could be the job for you. Let's get to work.

Schedule: FT M-F 8am - 5pm
Salary: $36 - $43/hr

Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the Office 365 environment, encompassing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
- Collaborate with various customer departments to design, deploy, and manage Office 365 solutions that meet department and administrative needs
- Troubleshoot problems and provide high-level support for complex issues within the Office 365 and any issues with operating systems
- Present technical solutions and communicate with other departments
- Provide documentation for system configurations
- Monitor performance and report

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Able to work independently with complex work under some supervision and limited guidance
- Able to help resolve issues, identify and solve problems with the resources provided and operate within established procedures
- Able to communicate well with customers and departments
- Complete tasks in a timely manner

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Associate?s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience for candidates with a high school diploma and some college
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Office 365 administration, with a proven track record of successful project execution
- Experience with the following programs and tools required, as related to area of assignment: O365 administration, SharePoint administration, MS Graph/Oauth, PowerShell, Experience with virtual server environments, Windows Server, Familiarity with SQL, Windows desktop operating systems
