About the Job
Global Cybersecurity (GCS) protects State Street and its clients from the impact of cyber-attacks against systems by understanding the risks these attacks present and mitigating them through a robust, continuously evolving, cybersecurity program and control environment.
Cyber Architecture & Engineering (Cyber A&E) is one of five functions that make up GCS. Cyber A&E designs, architects, deploys, and continually enhances security measures for the protection of State Street’s information related to its assets and customers.
This Security Product Manager will sit in the Integrated Defensive Engineering & Architecture sub-function in Cyber A&E. This role is responsible for spearheading key security initiatives of integrated defensive engineering & architecture initiatives to protect our organization’s data and systems. What you will be responsible for
As Information Security Product Manager you will
• Lead and oversee the development and implementation of key security transformation initiatives across endpoint security & data protection managing internal and partner engineering teams.
• Direct initiatives and collaborate with IT teams, app owners, and other key stakeholders to implement secure configuration.
• Manage augmented engineering teams using Scrum methodologies ensuring agile, efficient delivery of security projects.
• Facilitate scrum events such as daily-standups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, partners to achieve project goals and to ensure cohesive integrated security solution implementation.
• Define and track key performance indicators for security projects to measure impact and effectiveness.
• Provide reporting, status updates, risks, accomplishments.
• Evaluate new security technologies and tools ensuring alignment with current trends and evolving threats. Keep abreast of developments in endpoint detection & response, application allow listing methods and technologies.
What we value

• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with enterprise security teams / stakeholders and driving cyber security transformation initiatives.
• Extensive experience in managing security focused projects demonstrating scrum or agile project management.
• Profound technical understanding of security principles especially with data protection, endpoint security OS hardening and application allowlisting methodologies with knowledge in CIS benchmarks and NIST standards.
• Good understanding and experience with hardening different OS platforms such as windows, linux, VMware ESXi, Citrix, Nutanix, etc.
• Good knowledge and understanding of working with IAC automation tools like chef, anisble, terraform, etc.
• Knowledge with enterprise endpoint device management & configuration management tools such as Intune, JAMF, SCCM, GPO would be beneficial.
• Excellent verbal, written and collaborative interpersonal communication skills.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
• Professional certifications such as SANS/GIAC certifications is highly desirable.

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $202,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
