Position Summary:
iTrust Human Capital Management is seeking an Information Security Platform Advisor who will report directly to the Information Security Officer. This role will support the strategic goals and objectives of the Information team. Under the guidance of the Information Security Officer, the candidate will receive direction from the Governance Risk and Compliance and Security Administration team managers and support staff.
Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of relevant IT work experience with at least five (5) years in information security and SaaS management and administration.
- Two (2) years of hands-on design, implementation, application customization, and support experience with SaaS platforms.
- Proficient with information security platforms in an enterprise environment.
- Proficient with SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview, and Archer, with the ability to learn other platforms as required.
- Experience in the configuration, deployment, and operation of two (2) or more of the following SAAS platforms: SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview, Archer Risk Management, and/or Business Continuity Modules. Candidates with experience in all listed SAAS platforms are strongly preferred
- Associate degree in an IT-related field.
- Any industry-leading networking certifications of a professional level.
Technical Support and Administration:
- Serve as the primary technical support lead, actively participating in the planning, design, installation, administration, operations, and daily activities of multiple SAAS platforms.
- Ensure stable, scalable, redundant, and secure information security technical operations.
- Act as the systems matter expert and primary support contact for the Information Security Team.
- Open support calls as needed to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Engage directly with client staff members to oversee and provide daily support activities for Information Security business processes.
- Provide configuration and operational support across platforms and enhance operational activities through technical administration.
- Work with Information Security platforms to test and deploy services, build out functionality, and automate processes to improve business operations and streamline workflows.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and create process and procedure documentation in support of client security operations statewide.
- Lead, schedule, coordinate, and guide activities with the Information Security Team, other client teams, and vendors to support information security operations, business process development, risk management framework, identity and access management, user attestations, disaster recovery planning, business continuity planning, audit response, and governance.
- Deploy, configure, administer, and create customizations and improvements of the SAAS software to meet the business needs of the Information Security department.
- Develop new processes, procedures, and workflows to enhance security operations.
- Provide problem determination and resolution through analysis and diagnostics of a wide variety of issues, including software configuration problems, security issues, performance problems, and other unsolved problems reported internally or by other groups.
- Generate regular status reports and create technical and procedural documents upon request, including project progress reporting, meeting key milestones, and showcasing tasks accomplished.
- Host weekly status meetings/calls with the team or on an as-needed basis.
- Provide Information Security staff training on all areas of the platforms supported.
- Present technical information for knowledge transfer and training purposes.
