Information Manager - Life Science & Industrial Manufacturing Projects

About Our Client

Our client is a leading global Consultancy renowned for delivering high-profile, complex and iconic large-scale capital projects. With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, they are truly at the forefront of their industry.

We are seeking to appoint a talented, full-time Information Manager to support major capital projects in the Life Sciences and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Quickly absorb and evaluate large amounts of information to highlight relevant trends and issues for the project team and key stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day project coordination, support, and production assistance, including preparing documents, presentations, and progress updates for clients and stakeholders.
• Interact with professional/technical staff and clients under general supervision to accomplish project objectives and ensure effective communication.
• Develop and improve document control processes, maintain electronic project files, and perform audits to ensure accurate and efficient document management.
• Prepare tender documentation, administer contracts, and produce reports to update clients on project progress and budget status.

Qualifications

A degree qualification in related field of practice plus experience with administrative consultancy, project support and management of workstreams

Capital project or program experience within life science, pharma or industrial manufacturing sectors

• Experience in MS Office and web-based applications/software

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
