Rate: $70/hr on C2C or $62/hr on W2

JOB DESCRIPTION:
?Key Responsibilities:
• Installation, Configuration, and Upgrades:
o Install, configure, and upgrade Informatica PowerCenter software and related components.
o Manage and maintain the Informatica Repository Service.
o Configure and administer security settings within the Informatica environment.
• Performance Monitoring and Tuning:
o Monitor the performance of Informatica workflows and identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
o Tune Informatica workflows and configurations to optimize performance and resource utilization.
o Implement and monitor performance metrics and generate reports.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
o Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Informatica workflows, data quality, and integrations.
o Provide technical support to end-users on Informatica related issues.
o Investigate and resolve data quality issues and implement data cleansing and transformation rules.
• Security and Compliance:
o Ensure the security and compliance of the Informatica environment.
o Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data.
o Adhere to all relevant security and compliance regulations.
• Documentation and Training:
o Document all Informatica related procedures and configurations.
o Provide training and support to end-users on Informatica tools and best practices.
• Collaboration:
o Collaborate with other IT teams, business analysts, and data architects to ensure successful data integration projects.
o Participate in project planning and implementation activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Informatica Administrator.
• Strong understanding of Informatica PowerCenter architecture and components.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting Informatica workflows.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Shell, Python).
• Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Informatica Certified Professional).
• Prior experience of informatica PowerCenter migration from on-prem to cloud is a plus.
