The Role
The Lead Talent Partner is a critical execution role at Linqia and plays a pivotal role in shaping and deploying influencer marketing campaigns through expertise and a data-driven approach. As a senior member of Linqia's Talent Partnerships Team, you will execute at the highest skill level against a set of best practices for influencer sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding, acting as an extension of the clients' marketing strategy team to match nuanced influencer personas with the clients' brand voice and true goals. By closely collaborating with client services teams, you will continuously optimize and evolve our influencer marketing strategy and sourcing techniques based on valuable client feedback.
The Lead Talent Partner at Linqia also acts as a mentor and guide for other team members. Drawing upon your experience and expertise, you will provide support and guidance to foster their professional growth and success, empowering your teammates to excel in their roles, enhancing their understanding of influencer sourcing strategies, inventory analysis, and best practices. By serving as a mentor, you will contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment, ensuring that each member is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional results.
The Lead Talent Partner reports into Linqia's Director of Operations.
What You'll Do
- Uncover and deliver on client's true ideal influencer fit to source and surface influencers for campaigns using Linqia's discovery tools and best practices
- Own influencer negotiation, contracting, and onboarding for Linqia's highest value clients and most complex campaigns, managing deadlines, budgets, and goals to deliver client satisfaction
- Act as an advocate and subject matter expert for influencers through campaign strategy and planning to ensure the highest quality content creation that's both authentic and brand safe
- Facilitate and support influencer concept and content submission and review to ensure the brand's campaign concept comes to life
- Exemplify and advise on discovery best practices by social platform to recommend ideal influencer personas and strategies for new campaign opportunities
- Provide mentorship to team members to foster growth and success and partner to deliver great experiences for internal and external stakeholders alike
- Own processes and best practice documentation to continually improve and share learnings to strengthen the team
- Proactively keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with the team
- Report on team KPIs monthly and share analysis and recommendations with Customer Operations Manager and Director of Operations
Qualifications
- 3-5 years campaign management or social media marketing experience
- Driven by delighting customers, customer satisfaction drives your work
- Passion for the social media space and influencer industry. Enjoy learning new social media platforms
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivator who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and solve problems, as well as determining your own deadlines, benchmarks, and goals
- Proven track record of client and team success
- Heavily people-oriented: effective relationship-building skills; ability to cultivate strong partnerships across functions to bring people together toward common goals and consensus
- Superb verbal, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to present a compelling case to senior internal stakeholders and directly to influencers over phone and email
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail while meeting deadlines
- Bachelor's degree required
