The role
As Cleo's Influencer Manager, you'll own one of our most exciting marketing channels, growing it into a full-funnel powerhouse channel, delivering against both brand and business metrics. You'll leverage your experience across all types of influencers, from traditional, to micro, to content creators and work across the Cleo organization to best showcase our product and its benefits. You don't shy away from numbers, in fact, optimizing the influencer channel according to performance metrics is one of your favorite parts of the job.

What you'll be doing:
- In this exciting role you will be working alongside the marketing team to create and deliver influencer campaigns to tell Cleo's unique story.
- Develop and own influencer marketing strategy, helping to educate customers and influencers on Cleo's AI-powered money management tools.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, talent agencies, and management companies.
- Bring creative thinking, strategic support, and marketing know-how to build a pipeline of influencer relationships.
- Liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate 'big picture' marketing strategies that work across different channels including paid social collaboration, affiliate marketing, and organic social media marketing.
- As a member of the creative team, you'll develop concepts and content ideas, and work to execute with influencers and talent.
- Develop creative briefs, manage influencer contracts and negotiations, and manage content approvals from ideation through to compliance and legal.
- Direct, monitor, and organize influencer KPIs and provide measurement and analysis of influencer performance and campaigns. If you're afraid of numbers, this isn't the gig for you.
- Oversee monthly influencer budget, handling invoicing and payments.
- Proactive, energetic, innovative, and forward-thinking.
- Track emerging trends, technologies, industry experts, celebrities and influencers.
- Proven ability to manage internal communications for influencer channels, driving strategy forward and ensuring timely execution of influencer plans.
About you:
- 5-8 years in-house or agency experience in influencer marketing, with U.S. B2C, tech brands. Special consideration for experience in regulated industries (fintech, insuretech, healthtech) and those with consumer app experience.
- Strong network of influencers and content creators across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of social media strategy and management, influencer platforms, talent management, and digital marketing.
- Strong passion for current events and pop culture, with examples of properly harnessing them for brands.
- Great written and verbal communications, time management, project management, and organizational skills.
- A self-starter, who'll take ideas from concept to execution, navigating feedback like a pro.
