Our global technology client is looking for a Sr Marketing Manager, Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team. This is an onsite position and you MUST be able to commute in office to NY, NY daily. Remote is NOT an option. This role is a perfect fit for you if you are an excellent communicator, social media savvy, highly organized, data driven, and are in-tune to industry trends and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Scaling an industry leading and results-driven influencer program
- Deliver innovative influencer strategies driving incremental revenue gains and optimize for efficiency
- Partner to unlock influencer scale by leveraging internal tools and systems to drive growth and to continue accelerating awareness, reach and relevancy
- Lead vision and execution across marketing campaigns and on-the-ground events driving brand awareness and new customer growth
- Prioritize branding, automation in program management and reporting that improves the overall influencer experience and reduces manual dependencies
- Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to drive transformative business development initiatives supporting key investments
- Create an ecosystem of fashion discovery and style inspiration through compelling social-first influencer campaigns, delivering strong brand-right narratives that drive impact
- Monetize influencer content throughout site and social, working cross-departmentally to enrich storytelling and enable discovery
- Analyze and present program results against KPIs, identifying win’s and test-and-learn opportunities for greater program impact
- Manage a multi-million-dollar marketing budget, remaining flexible to shifts in business priorities and social/macro trends
- Tests and learns across new social channels and build first-of programs to keep up with the ever-changing social media landscape
Required Skills:
- 7+ years in influencer marketing
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, crossfunctionally
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.51 to $49.46 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
