Influencer & Digital Marketing Manager - NYC Alliance Company LLC

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Influencer & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Influencer & Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement. You will also oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and content creation. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to amplify our brand reach and drive engagement
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers that align with our brand values and target audience
• Create compelling influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and sales
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation
• Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns and digital marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to optimize results
• Stay up-to-date on the latest influencer marketing and digital advertising trends and best practices
• Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and deliverable expectations
• Monitor and respond to influencer and customer feedback, ensuring a positive brand experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing and digital advertising
• Retail/Apparel Experience is a PLUS
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective advertising capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with influencers and customers
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure campaign performance
• Experience managing influencer relationships and contracts
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A creative thinker with a passion for driving results and staying ahead of industry trends
