Job DescriptionAs an Industry Analyst Relations Manager on the Technology Workflows Analyst Relations (AR) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategy for engaging with industry analysts. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with analysts, understanding their perceptions, and advocating for ServiceNow across key analyst firms. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, communication skills, and an understanding of the technology landscape.
In the end, the purpose of this position is to raise the profile of ServiceNow with industry analysts and influencers to increase brand awareness and preference for ServiceNow. The right candidate will bring a strategic and data-driven approach to working with analysts and have a focus on continuous improvement.
What you get to do in this role:
Develop and execute analyst programs for all aspects of analyst engagements for strategic solutions within ServiceNow's Technology Workflows business. Clearly measure and communicate the value of ServiceNow AR programs.
Identify, develop and manage relationships with key analysts and influencers to ensure they understand ServiceNow’s company direction, C-level perspectives, product roadmaps, etc., to secure leadership in analyst research reports and analyst advocacy.
Identify, develop and manage relationships with company stakeholders and spokespersons while partnering with product and solutions marketing, product management, engineering, sales, etc.
Collaborate with company subject matter experts to prepare content that is tailored for an analyst audience to ensure engagements and communications with industry analysts is impactful and accurate.
Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate analyst insights and data into our product strategy, narratives and marketing materials.
Increase ServiceNow’s visibility and influence amongst the analyst community.
Support and educate sales on analyst views and analyst relations resources available to them.
Support multiple activities around ServiceNow’s annual Industry Analyst Summit, Knowledge conference, and analyst firm events.
Collaborate with other members of the Analyst Relations team and Global Communications team to develop better processes, best practices, etc.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a strategic communicator or marketer with a background and knowledge in enterprise software markets.
Preferred experience executing high profile analyst relations programs, with proven success in developing high-impact relationships with analysts and other industry influencers.
Experience with, or partnering with Analyst Relations on, analyst research evaluations and analyst interactions such as briefings, inquiry, advisory and events.
Positive history of successfully interfacing with executives and influencers – both internal and external.
A team player that collaborates as standard practice and operates successfully with global and virtual working teams.
Ability to thrive in a growth environment.
Proven experience blending critical thinking with more tactical operational activities.
Great project management skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams of varying sizes in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
Strong bias towards action with the ability to make decisions quickly amidst multiple stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communications.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $116,600 - $203,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
