Responsibilities
- Targeting clients and traveling within Pittsburgh and South East Ohio regions
- Acquire new customers through proactive lead generation and sales activities.
- Expand existing client relationships by identifying and pursuing upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering technical expertise and resolving client inquiries.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and maximizing account profitability.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Travel throughout Pittsburgh and South East Ohio
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably within Industrial/Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Preferred- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
