This is a home based position. Candidate must reside in Florida. Up to 50% overnight travel and may include some multiple overnights per trip. All expenses paid up by company and no personal credit card use required.

The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $96,100 - $129,800 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. This role is responsible for optimizing sales in an existing set of mid-market accounts by strengthening customer relations and focusing on continually growing revenue based on customer needs, as well as for bringing in new business to expand sales coverage beyond the existing customer base. This role is accountable for managing the sales pipeline in their territory to ensure optimization of opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle from proper lead execution to the close of the sale and ongoing management of the account.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas within assigned accounts (including QBR and ABR)
• Expand account base in assigned territory by successfully moving new opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with Key and Global Accounts teams to expand account footprint of national and global accounts within assigned territory.
• Coordinate with overlay specialists to expand PPE offerings and build head to toe account base within assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for assigned territories and accounts.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, sales operations, and other key cross functional partners to ensure alignment with overall business strategies and practices.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in a related business field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience selling premium products to mid-market industrial accounts. Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce is preferred.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Strong business acumen including financial aptitude to qualify prospects, develop solutions, build account strategy, and manage account development 
• Effective communications skills with the ability to leverage written, verbal, and presentation methods to successfully interact with a range of audiences
• Ability to navigate customer organizations to identify and fulfill varying requirements of stakeholders
• Strong commitment and ability to build and maintain customer relationships by proactively identifying and being responsive to customer needs and resolving customer problems as they arise  
• Ability to network effectively to bring in new business development and strong motivation to pursue new opportunities
• Ability to uncover customer needs, develop solutions that fit, and ultimately negotiate agreements that successfully meet the needs of both the customer and the company  
• Strong knowledge of market and consumer trend data and insights within targeted industries and assigned territory to identify prospects, potential solutions, and expansion opportunities.
• Ability to foster collaboration to achieve shared company goals.
