About the Job
Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for a Painter in Dothan, AL.
Pay ranges between $14.00 - $16.00 per hour and goes up based on experience. They will be working at Monday-Friday 6am-4:30pm schedule.
Job Description:
Apply paint or other finishes to steel parts using brushes, rollers, and spray guns
Prepare all material surfaces to be painted ensuring a smooth work area
Chip and grind off excess weld, slag, or spatter using both hand tools and power tools
Operate overhead cranes, loaders, and other equipment to transport the materials to and from the paint bay
Requirements:
1-2 years painting experience in an industrial setting is preferred
Must be able to lift and move 70lbs
Able to wear a respirator for extended periods of time
