Industrial Painter - Flowly Solutions

Flowly Solutions is actively hiring a skilled industrial painter for our production team.

This is a full time position with opportunities for overtime based on production needs. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be required for this role.

We are seeking candidates with prior experience painting in a manufacturing environment. If the right candidate has work experience as an auto body painter, we are willing to train on our specific procedures. This is a physically involved job and will require you to move products throughout the facility. Our goal is to develop your skills and to have you grow in the company.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Using paint sprayers to effectively apply coats to unfinished products
• Manually painting and applying lacquer paint and patina
• Following detailed instructions to make unique products based on customer orders
• Performing quality checks on your work to locate defects or damage caused during production
• Effectively applying clear coat to ensure it is not over sprayed 
• Using our computer systems to log orders and process shipments
• Loading materials into machines and running them effectively
• Working with a variety of metals such as steel or aluminum
• Learning new skills and working your way up in the job

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an industrial painter is required to be considered for this position
• Work experience in auto painting may qualify you for this position
• Experience spraying clear coats to large surfaces
• Remaining detail oriented with your work at all times
• The ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for the entire work day
• Availability to work overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
