Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage industrial painting projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate with estimators to assess project costs and resource requirements.
- Supervise project teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate progress and updates to clients and stakeholders regularly.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to determine areas for improvement.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the industrial painting or coatings sector.
- Strong knowledge of coatings and paint types used in industrial applications.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
- Salary: $100l-$130k DOE
