Trimar Controls LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial/Mechanical Working Project Manager to oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex control systems. The Industrial/Mechanical Working Project Manager will manage teams, ensure project quality, and act as the main point of contact for both team members and clients. This role requires extensive technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to execute projects on time and within budget.

- Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of control system installations, from initial setup to final commissioning, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols.
- Team Leadership and Training: Supervise, lead training programs, and mentor a team of control technicians, providing guidance on daily tasks, technical challenges, and best practices.
- System Installation: Oversee the installation and integration of control systems, ensuring they are correctly configured and function in accordance with client specifications.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues with control systems, offering solutions to complex problems and implementing necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Perform inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that all work meets Trimar Controls' standards and industry regulations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including system designs, operational procedures, and installation records, and provide regular status reports to management.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all team members follow safety protocols and that control systems are installed in accordance with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in control systems installation and maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, HMI, DDC, mechatronics and BMS systems.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and communicate effectively with both team members and clients.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in control systems or automation, such as NICET or ISA certifications, are highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls, Automation, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using control system design and troubleshooting software, along with standard office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
- Safety Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations and safety best practices in industrial and construction settings.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to job sites as needed to oversee projects and provide on-site leadership.
