Position Overview:
As an Industrial Engineer, you’ll work to provide the production standards and inputs necessary to support planning and improvement as part Manufacturing Engineering Team at our client's High Temperature Composites Facility. You’ll support the Operations businesses by observing, collecting and analyzing production processes, equipment and resources in addition to supporting the Manufacturing Engineering community in capacity acquisition and continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities
• Maintaining Production Standard Times for manufactured components and assemblies within the facilities
• Developing tools and models to calculate and determine takt times, production standards, changeover recommendations, batch sizes, and associated metrics to help support delivery schedules
• Assessing, supporting and improving workstation design and layout to positively impact ergonomics, material flow and productivity
• Supporting the Manufacturing Engineering community by providing productivity assessments of proposed capability acquisitions


Basic Qualifications:
• An Associates degree with 3+ years of experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations OR;
• A Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations OR;
• A Masters degree with 0+ years of experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations OR;
• A JD/PhD with 0+ years of experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations OR;
• In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations
