We're looking for a Supervisor/Manager who can lead a team of a couple supervisors, an admin support, and a team of 25 hourly staff in the maintenance of the paint operations. This is a 24/7 multi-shift operation and the Manager has to be comfortable with flexible hours and days as needed to oversee the operation. My client offers a base salary in the $90k to $100k range depending on your experience, coupled with company benefits. We're seeking someone who has manufacturing plant experience in a supervisory role, both leading a team and getting the job done in a professional manner. Customer service skills are a priority along with Organization, Safety, Flexibility, Technology, and Emotional Intelligence.
