Job Details
We are seeking dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technicians who will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the efficiency of our facility’s equipment and systems. You will work closely with the Maintenance Lead and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your work will focus on both preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility structures, production machinery, and utility systems.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks as outlined in the company’s maintenance schedule.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, and control systems to reduce equipment downtime.
Install, maintain, and repair new and existing production equipment.
Maintain inventories of equipment, parts, and supplies and proactively identify replenishment needs.
Maintain the readiness of the company vehicle fleet and material handling equipment.
Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and process improvements to boost efficiency.
Adhere to company safety protocols and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and robotic systems
Experience working with industrial electrical systems, particularly 480V 3-phase systems.
Welding experience, including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding, for repair and fabrication purposes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics, especially for electrical and pneumatic systems.
Familiarity with troubleshooting and repairing powered lift equipment is preferred.
Experience with Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards is an advantage.
Work Schedule:
First and Second Shift hours available
Overtime may be required depending on operational demands.
