INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - Spherion

Spherion Staffing is assisting a concrete material and product supplier company located in Moore Haven, FL with sourcing for a Industrial Maintenance Technician. This company is seeking candidates that have industrial maintenance experience and who are mechanically inclined, hardworking, and dependable employees.


This is a direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:
-Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
-Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
-Upkeep of forklifts and front loaders
-Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
-Other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
-Mechanically inclined
-Attention to detail
-Ability to work well with others
-Ability to operate and control equipment
-Troubleshooting and repairing skills
-Team player

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
-A minimum of 5 years of verifiable industrial maintenance experience.
-Candidates must have proven troubleshooting skills in 3 phase
-Experience with control wiring, PLCs, pneumatics, screw/belt conveyors
-Experience with welding and fabrication
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Ability to pass a national background and drug screening.
