Vaco Cincinnati is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a permanent staff role! $3K first year bonus, full medical benefits, and 401K match on day one! Both, day shift options and night shift options available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
- Install and align motors, blowers, and other equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibrate electrical devices.
- Train production staff on basic maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing is a plus.
- Electrical knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with CMMS software, especially SAP, is desirable.
