Job Title: Night Shift Plant Maintenance Technician

The Schwebel Baking Company is seeking a qualified individual for a night shift position (7pm-7am, 4 days a week, 12-hour shifts) within its Plant Maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
