Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime and avoid operational disruptions.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as lubricating parts, changing filters, and replacing worn-out components.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to ensure minimal production downtime.
• Maintain equipment records and logs of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for equipment improvement and efficiency gains.
• Calibrate and test machinery to ensure it operates within required specifications.
• Assist in the setup and modification of equipment for different production runs.
• Monitor inventory levels of parts and tools, ordering replacements as needed.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors and recommend improvements or replacements when necessary.
• Follow maintenance schedules and adhere to planned maintenance tasks to avoid unscheduled downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with safety standards.
• Ensure machinery is properly shut down and locked out during maintenance work to ensure safety.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical background
• Welding-Tig/Stick
• Read blueprints (electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic)
• Plumbing skills (water, air and hydraulic)
