Industrial Maintenance Technician at International Paper

We Are Hiring for 3rd shift (M-F) Will work on 1st shift for about 30 days

Pay Range $30-$35/hr (Pending Interview and Experience)

PURPOSE: Responsible for providing technical repair and support to the various machinery found in the production areas and the equipment that is found within the building and systems.

POSITION HOURS: Assigned 12 hour schedules Flexibility for occasional overtime and call-in work required.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the design, programming, assembly, installation, and support of automation projects .

Ideal candidate will have strong background in automation and mechanical hands-on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:· Assist with building and programming on new and rebuilt equipment.·

Follow mechanical and electrical prints· Trouble shoot mechanical and electrical equipment·

Responsible for adherence to all company, industry, and regulatory procedures·

Responsible for participating in post project review· Maintain and enforce all company safety, environment requirements.

Qualifications:· Manufacturing, or proven hands-on control experience.· Good Mechanical aptitude.· Ability and desire to learn new technologies.·

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Skills:· Hydraulics experience

Pneumatics Experience·

Assembling/Disassembling experience
