Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our operations through proactive and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems and related components.
- Install and maintain electrical wiring and circuits in accordance with safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Document maintenance and repair work in the maintenance management system.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in industrial electricity preferred.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience with electrical wiring, circuits, and installation.
- Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
