The 1 st & 2 nd Shift Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of building & mechanical equipment used for processing in an industrial laundry setting. Candidates should possess building/ mechanical maintenance & repair knowledge, and a thorough professional mindset with the ability to troubleshoot & problem solve. Candidates should be detail-oriented w/ ability to work autonomously and comply with all health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

· Servicing/maintaining equipment (including motors, conveyor system, HVAC system, compressors, & production machinery)

· Performing general building electrical & plumbing maintenance

· Completing Machinery & Building Maintenance Logs

· Communicating detailed progress on projects in progress

· Inspecting, assessing functionality, troubleshooting, & repairing production machinery

· Surveying buildings to ensure they are consistent with health/safety standards

· Installation or adjustments of mechanical parts using hand & machine tools

· Conducting general upkeep procedures & other tasks as assigned
