Industrial Maintenance Technian - Clayton Services

Clayton Services is searching for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a thriving company in Northwest Houston. The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining machinery and equipment, specifically three-phase electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $52,000 - $62,400/year

Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair three-phase electrical systems, including motors, drives, and control panels.
• Conduct maintenance and repair on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, and actuators.
• Inspect, test, and adjust equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in maintenance practices and safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call shifts, as needed.
• Capacity to work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, focusing on three-phase electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
