Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Winchester, VA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (7:00 am–3:15 pm or 8:00 am–4:15 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to all standards, procedures, and regulations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
• Submit equipment requests to the Facilities Manager.
• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production machinery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and modify existing equipment and install new manufacturing machinery.
• Record all maintenance activities in the company’s ERP/work order system.
• Provide operational guidance and training to other employees on production machinery.
• Assist with mold changes, plant housekeeping, and other tasks as required.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards by participating in educational opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in the plastics industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external contractors.
