Industrial Maintenance Supervisor - Youngstown / Warren, OH #24-00022

Salary Range: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour - Permanent Position with Benefits plus yearly profit margin bonus!

Job Summary:

• Manufacturing company seeks a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead and direct a team of Maintenance Technicians.
• The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty commercial equipment in the industrial manufacturing/machining industry.
• Responsibilities include enforcing company policies, organizing preventive maintenance programs, overseeing equipment repairs, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with legal codes.
• The position also involves collaborating with health and utility departments, managing fleet maintenance, implementing safety procedures, and overseeing spare parts inventory.
• The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of maintenance technician experience, 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to read technical diagrams.
• Overtime may be required, and the candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and a team player with general building maintenance skills.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
