- High School education or equivalent.
- Prevalent certificates toward trade (electrical, welding, plumbing, HVAC).
- Must have experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics.
- Must have knowledge or equal training in all our programs HP Hood LLC has to offer.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs several times.
- Heat/Cold 125° F to -40° F.

- Standing: Long periods of time (4–6 hours).

- Walking: Occasionally for short periods.
- Climbing: Frequently.
- Bending: Frequently.

Job Responsibilities:
- Daily, weekly, monthly job tasks.
- Inspections.
- Heading committees.
- Proactive responses for general repairs.
- Be responsible for Production floor, Engine Room and Waste Treatment Facility.
- Self motivated.
- Extremely team orientated.
- Work closely with Manager.
- Identify Manager’s goals and develop them into his.
- Assist in training programs.
- Make out schedules.
- Post jobs (work assignments daily).
- Develop procedures to be proactive instead of reactive.
- Develop ER/Maintenance into one group through extensive training.
- Cover meetings when Manager can’t attend.
Job Details:
- 2nd shift hours 2pm -10:30pm.
- Monday through Friday.
Safety Responsibilities:
- Safety is vitally important not only at our facility but also from a personal standpoint.
- Employees are responsible for understanding and following all safety procedures.
- Likewise, food safety is a key performance indicator.
- Understanding this, GMP and housekeeping procedures are to be followed as part of any job at our facility.
SQF Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Support SQF by maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner.
- Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
- Position is backed up by Electrician A.
