Job Details

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. They will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, ensuring machinery operates efficiently, and reducing downtime. This role requires a hands-on technician with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:

Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on all equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Document maintenance activities and update maintenance logs.

Hydraulic Systems:

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic components, including pumps, cylinders, and valves.
Maintain hydraulic systems by replacing hoses, seals, and other components as needed.
Interpret hydraulic schematics to ensure accurate maintenance and repairs.

Electrical Systems:

Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including motors, controllers, wiring, and sensors.
Perform testing and troubleshooting using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
Interpret electrical schematics and perform basic PLC troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures.

Pneumatic Systems:

Maintain and repair pneumatic systems, including air compressors, actuators, and valves.
Inspect and replace pneumatic components, such as hoses, seals, and fittings.
Troubleshoot pneumatic issues to ensure efficient operation of equipment.

Mechanical Systems:

Repair and maintain mechanical components, including gears, bearings, belts, and conveyors.
Align and calibrate equipment to maintain optimal performance.
Perform mechanical adjustments and modifications to improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in an industrial environment.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods.
