Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Requirements & Qualifications:

*The ideal candidate will have a High School

diploma or equivalent.

*Mathematical skills; must be able to read a scale

and work with fractions.

*Excellent verbal/written communication skills /

Basic computer skills.

*Minimum related experience required 4 - 5 years.

*Ability to perform a volume of mechanical detail

work with speed/accuracy.

*Industry related experience and mechanical

knowledge required.

*Coordination, communication and/or team problem

solving between

*Willingness to work overtime as needed/ other

shifts if needed.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Work Environment:

*Requires frequent standing, walking, carrying,

bending, stooping, grasping, and reaching; manual

dexterity including hand/finger coordination.

*Ability to perform a volume of mechanical detail

work with speed and accuracy.

*Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., carry 50 lbs.,

push 100 lbs., pull 75 lbs.

*Exposure to noise; must wear hearing protection

and safety shoes.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities & Daily Duties:

*Maintain, service, troubleshoot, install, and

repair production / ancillary equipment

*Work from prints and plans to repair, maintain

and install equipment.

*Experience with machine shop equipment including

mill, lathe, welding, etc.

*Monitors, schedules, and documents preventive

maintenance on equipment.

*Troubleshoot, install and repair pneumatic,

hydraulic components.

*Research and requisition machine parts as

required.

*Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards at

all times.

*Comply with safety rules and regulations; Other

duties as assigned/required.
