Industrial Maintenance Manager - Waste Connections

Stutzman Refuse Disposal, Inc., is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Manager to support our recycling facility in Hutchinson, KS.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Using a hands-on approach, lead a team of Mechanics and Maintenance Technicians to meet program goals.
+ Identify and apply corrective action for any safety related concerns in an urgent manner.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of a facility wide maintenance program. Including but not limited to:
+ Recycling plant equipment.
+ Yellow iron and support equipment.
+ Building and property.
+ Seek methods to reduce maintenance costs and increase efficiency of facility.
+ Document all work completed, modifications and repairs as required.
+ Practice good housekeeping, organization and safety always.
+ Manage the budget to meet financial goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ Minimum 2 years of related maintenance/mechanic experience with heavy emphasis on electrical systems.
+ Hydraulics, metal fabrication, welding, yellow iron and conveyers experience a plus.
+ Experience leading a team.
+ Knowledge of P&L's, and budgets preferred.
+ Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
